Supplies and services exclusively take place to the general conditions for supply and services (ZVEI) which you can download from this website. Of course we send you these documents by request gladly. These conditions are modelled on the terms of ZVEI and added by the extended retention of title (ZVEI).

General Purchasing Conditions
Purchasing of goods and services exclusively take place to the general conditions for supply and services (ZVEI),
added by the following purchasing conditions:
Dispatch and consignment notes, delivery notes, invoices and the complete correspondence have to include the Pulsotronic order number.
All deliveries of goods (with exception of "franco domicile") have to be made by Deutsche Post - parcel service DHL.
Following basic conditions are requested:
- Parcel weight: 0,1 ... 31,5 kg/parcel
- max. dimensions per carton: 120x60x60 cm, coils 120x15 cm
Special stamps "Deutsche Post Freeway Spezial" are free available by request. We would ask to order these stamps with type

For bulky deliveries or pallets our forwarding agency is to use:
